At TYMSA, our specialized departments and equipment enable us to carry out efficient, end-to-
end manufacturing processes for aluminum castings.

Aluminum Die Casting Department

We operate cold-chamber die casting machines ranging from 700 to 1,000 tons, enabling the production of high-precision aluminum castings with exceptional strength and durability.

Trimming and Deburring Department

We utilize hydraulic and mechanical presses, along with shot blasting and vibratory finishing equipment, to ensure high-quality surface finishes.

Machining Department

Equipped with conventional machinery, machining centers, and CNC lathe to ensure precision in parts with varying levels of complexity.

Assembly Department

We perform final finishing, leak testing, and component assembly to deliver products ready for their intended application.

Tooling Maintenance Workshop

We ensure the optimal operation of tooling and trim dies, extending service life and maintaining production efficiency.
